Productive farming in box-gum grassy woodland – Mount Adrah NSW

Join Riverina Highlands Landcare Network, Riverina Local Land Services and Sustainable Farms to learn about farming for agricultural productivity whilst supporting critically-endangered ecological communities.

The field day will include:

• Visiting sites on the property of Louise Freckelton and David Bray to hear about their farm management in the context of an enduring conservation convenant
• Hearing about the scientific research that Sustainable Farms have been undertaking on natural assets such as farm dams and shelterbelts
• Overview of Riverina Highlands Landcare Network projects and future outlook

This is a free event, with lunch provided.

Please bring:

• Your own chair
• Hat, sunscreen, boots (plus wet-weather gear if required)
• Water bottle
