Enhancing farm dams field day – Staghorn Flat VIC

Join us for a field day with the Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups and Agriculture Victoria on the benefits of enhancing farm dams and best practice management.

Dave Smith from Sustainable Farms, Kerri Goschnick from Agriculture Victoria and landholders Ros and David Palmer, will cover:

• The latest research on farm dams including how to improve water quality, biodiversity & stock productivity
• How to measure the capacity of your dam so you know how long your water will last
• Practical advice on ways to enhance farm dams, including fencing, stock access points and revegetation
