Paddock tree protection and grassland restoration field day – Baranduda VIC

Come along for a walk-and-talk field day on the property of Liz and Ken Fuschsen at Baranduda Homestead, to learn about the importance of paddock trees and native grasslands on farms.

David Smith from Sustainable Farms and Glen Johnson from the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action will share their expertise on ways to manage and protect these natural assets on your property.

• Observe practical demonstrations of native grassland restoration via scalping methods which you can try on your own property.
• Learn the importance of paddock trees and how you can protect, restore and incorporate these landscsape elders on your property to help support productivity and biodiversity.
