Colleen O'Malley
Biodiversity Field Officer (Gundagai)
Having worked for the last two decades in the arid rangelands on community-based conservation and community development projects Colleen is looking forward to working in more fertile woodland landscapes and learning about the biodiversity and challenges facing farmers in this region. She has a background in field botany, horticulture and biochemistry. Colleen is keen to develop a deeper understanding of the birds and reptiles that inhabit farmed landscapes, and is looking forward to hearing from farmers about what inspires them and keeps them connected to country during tough times.
